Description

Job Description:

Experience REQUIRED: Case Management, utilization, MCG criteria, InterQual criteria, EPIC.
Acute Hospital Management highly preferred
Must have at least 2 years experience

20-25 case load daily
HIGH PACE environment

Two or more years clinical experience with one year in the acute care setting preferred.

SHIFT: 5 DAYS, 8 HR/DAY
MAY BE ASKED TO ARRIVE 7:30A AND MUST STAY UNTIL ALL CASES FINISHED FOR THE DAY

Requirements:

AHA BLS
Certification in Case Management preferred.
LBSW accepted for associates with 5+ years of demonstrated success and experience in CHRISTUS Care Manager I role.
