Description
Computed Tomography (CT) and Diagnostic X-ray
Core Requirements
- Dual Competency: You must be able to float between CT and X-ray independently.
- Licensure: * ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) are mandatory.
- CDPH X-ray: California Department of Public Health Radiologic Technologist Certificate.
- CA Fluoro: California Fluoroscopy Permit is required.
- Experience: Ability to work "independently" implies you are comfortable as the solo tech or part of a small night-shift team handling ER traumas and inpatient clears.
Shift Details
- Hours: 4x10s (2300–0700). Note: The timeframe listed is actually 8 hours, but the description specifies "4x10s." You should clarify if the shift actually ends at 0930.
- Setting: Night shift usually involves a high volume of ER/Trauma CTs (Head/C-Spine/CAP) and portable X-rays.
