Description

*LEVEL I TRAUMA EXPERIENCE; WILL SCREEN BUSY LEVEL II 3, 12 hour shifts 6 am-6:30 pm plus call. Call -varied 6 to 10 shifts per schedule (30 minute response time required)

*RN- Az License, BLS and ACLS Required Tech- Az ARRT and MRTBE Required, BLS and ACLS RNs circulate, Techs must be able to scrub. - Unit: Cath Lab - # beds: 3 main and 1 is EP & 1 is Hybrid (does both vascular & cardiac cases)

*Certs: BLS, ACLS. AZ license required for Techs - Cases: 10-25 cases per day. Circulating, no Scrub - EMR: Cerner and Xper - Charge Nurse: Yes - Nurse Aides: Rad techs - Circulating and Scrub, BLS, Certified. Cover Endo and CVOR. - Weekend

*Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule - Holidays: Work into rotation. - Scrub Color: Provided - Tele :Phillips - Vents: NA - IV Team: No - RT 24/7: Yes - Pharmacy 24/7: Yes - Shifts: 12 hr shifts. 6-630, M-F. - Call: 8-12 days a month depending on the month - Floor specific orientation: 2 days on job. - Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Interventional, EP lab, peripherals, EP - cardiology and vascular, mitro clip, TAVR, IABP and Emtala placement. - Additional Notes: 30 minute response time. Use Phillips and Siemens equipment.
