MUST BE ABLE TO CARE FOR NON CRITICAL PEDS Agency will invoice the Hourly rate for all 12 hours. Hospital may call off up to 3 shifts per 13 week period, in order to adapt to changes in census. . . Any hours worked in excess of 12 hours per day will be invoiced at 1.5xWill also be required to float to Skilled nursing Dept PLEASE SUBMIT ONLY CANDIDATES WITH AN ACTIVE CALIFORNIA LICENSE ACLS REQUIRED Additional Information:OVERTIME & BILLING RULES: Billing Cycle is weekly. Any missed meals and breaks must be pre-approved by Supervisor prior to missing and will be paid with proof of approval. Overtime Policy: The overtime rate for any hours worked in excess of 40 hours/week shall be billable at the Regular Hourly Rate plus $10/hr. The holiday rate shall be defined as the Regular Hourly Rate plus $10/hr. The on-call rate shall be defined in the Job Posting. Note: For any 10-hour or 12-hour shifts, the Agency is to invoice MMH the All-Inclusive Rate for the entire shift. There is no elevated billing allowed for hours 9, 10, 11 & 12. Housing can be somewhat difficult to find. The facility prefers credentialing be sent in one batch. It is acceptable and encouraged to provide updates but please send compliance all at the same time once completed. Housing options in King City:1) Keefer s Inn King City 615 Canal Street (Good for 2-4 weeks until an apartment is found)2) Greenfield Village Apartments (in nearby Greenfield) 104 S.
