Travel L&D RN – 3x12 Nights | NICU + Mother Baby Experience Required

If you’re an L&D nurse with experience across labor, NICU, and mother-baby, this is a unique opportunity to work in a well-rounded women’s services unit.

This role is ideal for nurses who are confident managing the full continuum of care from labor through postpartum.

Job Overview

• Specialty: L&D RN (NICU + Mother Baby)
• Schedule: 3x12s (Night Shift)
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: ASAP (5/5)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Setting: Acute Care Hospital / Women’s Services

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide care across:
  • Labor & Delivery
  • NICU support
  • Mother-Baby / Postpartum
• Perform:
  • Triage and patient evaluation
  • Circulating in OB OR cases
• Manage patient ratios including:
  • 1:1 labor
  • 1:3 antepartum
  • 1:3 couplets
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across units

What They’re Looking For

• Active WI RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NRP required
• 2–3 years L&D + NICU + Mother-Baby experience REQUIRED
• At least 1 completed travel assignment REQUIRED
• Strong skills in:
  • Triage
  • OB OR circulating
• Independent, adaptable, and team-oriented

Schedule & Expectations

• 3x12 night shifts
• Every 3rd weekend required
• Holiday rotation required
• Floating to nearby facilities and units as needed
