Shift: Mids 5x8 (11:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Guaranteed hours: 40
Hourly Pay Rate
W2 Pay Rate RT (Regular Time) $40.00
W2 Pay Rate OT (Over Time) $60.00
Weekly Pay Package (Taxable + Nontaxable)
> W2 Wage (RT+OT based on expected hrs) $1,600.00
> Nontaxable Weekly PerDiem $1,246.00
Total Weekly Gross Pay Package $2,846.00
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years PACU experience (Phase I & II)
- Experience in Level II Trauma Center perianesthesia setting
- Active RN License
- Certifications Required:
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- CAPA or CPAN (required)
Required Skills
- PACU recovery for:
- Plastics, ENT, Pediatrics
- Cath Lab, Vascular, Neuro (spine/crani), Orthopedics
- GI, IR, Eyes, GYN, Uro-GYN
- Cardiac rhythm interpretation
- Management of cardiac drips
- Discharge teaching (Phase II)
- Experience with:
- Post-cath, bronchoscopy, IR patients (highly preferred)
Hard Stops (Must Have Experience):
- Arterial lines
- TR bands
- Chest tubes
- Continuous bladder irrigation (CBI)
- EPIC charting
Patient Types

- Inpatient, Outpatient, Observation
- Surgical cases include:
- General, Robotics, Ortho, Neuro, Cardiac (non-open heart)
- ENT, GI, Urology, Bariatrics, Ophthalmology
