Shift: 8H Days 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; 2 on call shifts per week, no weekends

*Certifications Required: BLS***

Locals Accepted at lower rate.

Common diagnosis / Types of patients/patient demographics: No Peds. Home care & hospice for primarily Geriatric population: Heart Disease, Chronic Respiratory Diseases, CHF, COPD, Pneumonia, Dementia/Alzheimers, Depression, Stroke, Cancer, Kidney Disease, Diabetes, Liver Disease, Wounds, Joint Replacement, Surgery, Medication Management.

Additional Job Duties/Utilization Review involved: Daily 15 minute Huddle Call, weekly IDT meeting at office, monthly all staff meeting.

- RT Equipment: No vents. Cpap & BiPap on occasion - patients self manage.- 

Experience or 'Must have' skills: Travel experience, Critical Thinking Abilities, Chronic Disease Management, Patient/Family Education, NPWT, Ostomy Care, Central Line Care, IV Administration, Complex Wound Care. Hospice Experience: Pain & symptom management, end-of-life care, empathy, compassion.

- How many patients do they see per day: Will see 5-6 patients per day depending on type of visit, 25-30 points per week, will be routine & OASIS visits.-
