Registered Nurse (RN) – Wound Care
Location: Newark, NJ
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week Wound Care contract assignment at a respected acute care hospital in Newark, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with wound care certification and recent hospital experience.
- Shift: Days | 5x7.5 Hours | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Tax-Free Stipend: Available for eligible travelers
Requirements:
- Active New Jersey RN License or Compact License
- BLS Certification
- CWCN or WOCN Certification
- Minimum 1 year recent RN experience
- EPIC charting experience preferred
Clinical Skills:
- Wound assessments and dressing changes
- Pressure ulcer staging I-IV
- Colostomy and ileostomy care
- Wound VAC therapy
- Infection control
- Patient and family education
