Description

Travel Registered Nurse – Dialysis

Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Shifts: Day/Evening, 12-hour shifts (8:30 AM – 8:30 PM)
Schedule: Every other weekend; holidays as needed
On-call: Weekday and weekend on-call may be assigned, not exceeding 3 on-call shifts per six weeks
Patient Population: Adults and pediatrics
Unit Type: Inpatient Hemodialysis in a Level 1 Trauma or similar size hospital
Electronic Medical Record: EPIC experience required

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 2 years of dialysis experience, including dialysis experience within the last year
Experience working with adult and pediatric patients
Experience in an inpatient setting
Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system
Certifications issued by the American Heart Association:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
