✅ Requirements

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapy License
BLS certification
NRP
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Minimum 1 year of critical care experience preferred
TB screening and current health certificate (per contract/state requirements)
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
