Description
- Job Description: Registered Nurse for Med-Surg Unit (MSU) for adult geriatrics and pediatric patients. typically 4:1, max 5:1. Covid patients: typically 2:1, max 3:1.
- Required Certifications: American Heart Association BLS, ACLS. and PALS is required.
- Experience: Three (3) years of med-surg experience, 1 year pediatric experience required, MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH BOTH ADULT AND PEDIATRIC PATIENTS.
- Setting: 20 bed medical surgical unit for adults and pediatrics
Shift: 12 hour Day Shift, but must be flexible to work other shifts, weekends and holidays, as needed. In addition to inpatient, may be assigned to help cover Flu Immunization clinics as needed. Travelers are expected to attend staff meetings.
