Description
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of inpatient care management experience – Required
- Must have recent acute care hospital experience in care management/discharge planning
- Behavioral health experience does not qualify
- First-time travelers accepted (2Y/1st timer)
- Clinical Scope:
- Experience managing patient caseloads with a 20:1 ratio
- Ability to balance schedules to support staffing needs, including summer vacations, time off, and PTO utilization
- Licensure:
- Must meet RN licensure requirements per facility
- Additional Requirements:
- Must have a personal vehicle for assignment
Scheduling & Availability:
- Weekends: Every other weekend required
- On-Call: Not required
- Block Scheduling: Not available
- 48 Hours: Not approved
- Schedule: Variable based on unit needs
Float Requirements:
- Floating required between units and facilities based on skill set
- Travelers may be required to float to meet PH&S system needs
- Facilities Include:
- Milwaukie
- Newberg
- Portland
- Hood River
- Willamette Falls
- Seaside
- Saint Vincent
- Seaside Floating Details:

- $5/hr incentive for hours worked at Seaside
- IRS mileage reimbursement provided
- Hotel accommodations offered for consecutive shifts
- Facility will provide advance notice when possible
