Description
🕒 Shift Details:
• Days Shift
• 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 3x12-hour shifts
• 36 or 48 hrs guaranteed
• Every other weekend & holidays if needed
• No on-call
Responsibilities:
• Provide care for Med Surg/Telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac telemetry and recognize dysrhythmias
• Care for post-operative patients
• Administer medications and treatments
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in Meditech Expanse
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team
• Float to other Med Surg units as needed
• Maintain patient safety and quality care standards
