LPN – LTC | Olean, NY | 8-Week Contract
📍 Location: Olean
🏢 Facility: Pines Health Care
Pines Health Care is seeking an experienced LPN for Long-Term Care (LTC) coverage in Olean, NY. This is a 40-hour/week, 8-week contract with a rotating weekend schedule requirement.
Position Details
- Start Date: TBD – orientation date to be provided
- Contract Length: 8 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
- Open Positions: 1
Pay Package
Travel Pay:
- Regular: $20/hr
- OT: $63/hr
- Weekly Stipend: $1,100/week
Local Pay:
- Regular: $42/hr
- OT: $63/hr
Schedule
Weekday shifts (Monday–Friday) will be based on facility needs.
Weekend Rotation:
- One weekend:
- Friday & Saturday
- 2:00 PM – 6:30 AM (16-hour shifts)
- Alternate weekend:
- Saturday & Sunday
- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
⚠️ Every weekend is required.
Requirements
- Active NY State LPN License
- Minimum 1 year of LTC experience
- Must be comfortable working weekends
