Description
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of ER RN experience – Required
- Active California RN License – Required
- Certifications Required:
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- NRP
- TNCC
- Experience in emergency/trauma care preferred
- Cerner charting experience preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Assess and treat emergency patients quickly and efficiently
- Perform EKGs, IV starts, blood draws, and emergency interventions
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Respond to trauma and resuscitation situations
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols
