- Active RN license
- BLS certification required
- Must have:
- InterQual & utilization review experience
- Discharge planning experience
- Meditech experience preferred
- Strong teamwork and care coordination skills
Job Duties
- Discharge planning

- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient transitions

- Rotating weekends required
- No floating required
- Dress code: Royal blue scrubs, business professional attire, or white lab coat
