We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing Health Services to oversee clinical operations across Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Supportive Living, Home Health, and Short-Term Rehab services.
ā
Requirements:
ā¢ Current MN RN License
ā¢ BSN Required
ā¢ Masterās in Nursing OR BSN + Masterās in Business/Healthcare field
ā¢ 3+ years nursing leadership/administration experience
ā¢ Strong Senior Living / LTC leadership experience preferred
ā¢ Experience with workforce planning, budgeting, compliance, and staff management
š” Preferred:
ā¢ Nursing Home Administrator or Assisted Living licensure
ā¢ Gerontological Certification
ā¢ Experience in LTC, Home Health, or Acute Care

ā¢ Assisted Living Facility (ALF)
