Tell us about the unit(s):

·         Number of Beds – 4 rooms, 1 patient per room

·         Number of Staff –  22, consisting of RN’ and Techs

·         Type of staff:

o    Day Shift – 1 Charge RN, Director, 4 staff members per room, 16 total per shift

o    Night Shift – On-call team, 3 each call team, 7 total

·         Patient Ratios – 1:1

·         Type of equipment – all GE rooms

·         EMR – Meditech and MacLab

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for:  (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

·         BLS, ACLS, ARRT

·         Must be competent in Special Procedures & GE Innova

Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

·         RCIS

·          

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):  

·         Cardicac Cath, Cerebella angiograms, stents, Balloons, ENT Lab, scrubbing 

·          

Best personality Fit:

·         Team player, close knit team, critical thinker, patient care focus, fast paced  

·         On-call is frequent, must be flexible and adapt to needs of Unit
