Description
Shift Requirements: 2-12 hours shifts 1830-0700 and 2-8 hour shift 1430-2300 or 2245-064512 hour shifts receive 30 minute unpaid and two paid 15 minute breaks8 hour shifts receive two paid 15 minute breaks-no lunch breakFloat Requirements: May float to Admissions (Acute Psych) if neededOn call/Call Back: NoneWeekends: Every 3rd weekendHolidays: Will work if it lands on their scheduled shift. Required certs to be attached upon submittal: WI RN License and BLS. CPI helpful, but not required. Minimum experience: 2+ years in SNF/LTC.EMR: Matrix Care - not required.

Very responsive, follows up. I have had to deal with compliance, HR questions etc and if the person I spoke with did not know the answer they sent it to whoever they thought could answer my questions and my questions or concerns were followed up on! This has been my first travel contract but I can’t say anything bad thus far!!! I definitely would recommend this company
