💰 Schedule

🕒Shift: Day & Night (Both are available) – 4x10s
📅Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

🧠 Role Overview – LICSW (Psych ED)

Work in Adult & Pediatric Emergency Department
Conduct crisis risk assessments
Develop and participate in treatment plans
Provide care coordination & discharge planning
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

📝 Biopsychosocial assessments
🤝 Care coordination & referrals (rehab, long-term care, community resources)
💬 Individual, family, and parental counseling
🧾 Assist with Medicaid, Medicare, TANF, food stamps, etc.
⚖️ Handle cases involving APS/CPS, guardianship, and involuntary holds (5150)

✅ Requirements

✔️1+ year LICSW experience
✔️WA LCSW License (Required)
✔️BLS Certification
✔️ Experience with crisis risk assessments (adult & pediatric)

⭐ Preferred

➕ Hospital or Emergency Department experience
➕ Experience as:
- Mental Health Counselor
- Marriage & Family Therapist
- Independent Clinical Social Worker
