Position Overview

A Long‑Term Care/SNF facility in Bloomfield, NE is seeking an experienced Travel Director of Nursing for a 13‑week assignment starting June 1. This role requires a strong nursing leader with proven DON experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to oversee clinical operations while supporting staff and ensuring high‑quality resident care.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Director of Nursing (required)
BLS (AHA)
Active Nebraska RN license or Compact RN license
LTC/SNF leadership experience required
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, staffing oversight, and quality initiatives
Permanent address must be greater than 80 miles from the facility or the bill rate will be reduced
