Requisition Breakdown: Lawrence General Hospital

Position Details

Role: Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse
Shift: Night Shift (12 hours, 3 days/week)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Orientation Dates: June 9, or June 23

Requirements

Licensure: Permanent Massachusetts (MA) state license.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in the ER plus previous travel experience.
Clinical Skills: Proficiency in all cases, specifically pediatric patients.
Certifications: PALS and TNCC must be obtained prior to the start date.

Key Provisions & Policies

Radius Rule: Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will be subject to a local billing rate (BR) rather than travel stipends.
Scope of Practice: High emphasis on pediatric readiness due to increased patient volume.
