• Number of Staff – 70 FTEs

  • Day Shift – 1 charge, 1 RN/1 ST per OR, PCTs, ATs, Trauma team
  • Night Shift – 1 Charge, 1 RN, 1 ST
• Patient Ratios – 1:1 - Estimated not Guaranteed
• Type of equipment -
• EMR - Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for:  (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum of 1-year current acute care hospital experience as CVOR CST
• BLS, NBSTA and DORA Certifications are required prior to submission
• Must have Open Heart experience

Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

•  Level I and trauma experience
• Prior Meditech experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):  

• AVR/MVR/CABG/Bentall/Dissection
