📍 Job Title: Registered Nurse – MS/Tele
📌 Facility Location: Edmond, OK 73034
⏰ Shifts: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
📆 Duration: 12 Weeks

Job Description:

• Provide care in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit on night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Must have 2 years of current Critical Care and Telemetry experience
• Perform patient assessments, telemetry monitoring, and medication administration
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications/licenses:

• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS
• EKG Course/Telemetry Test
  • Must be willing to float within scope and to sister facilities if needed
  • No block scheduling available
  • Locals not accepted (must be outside 75-mile radius)
  • Pending licenses not accepted
  • RTO limited to 5 days or less
  • Submission must include:
• Current Driver’s License or State ID
• Utility bill matching address within last 3 months
  • Traveler address must be greater than 75 miles from facility
