Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: 3+ years of experience in the acute behavioral health setting. Expertise in crisis stabilization including verbal de-escalation and emergency physical intervention skills. Cerner experience
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Milieu management utilizing the therapeutic milieu model.
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: MDD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective, SUD, Dementia
• Personality Fit: High energy, team player, with a positive attitude.

• Required Education: Associate degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing
