• Patient Ratios: nursing 1:5
• Equipment: overhead lifts in patient rooms, portable Hoyer, Sera Stedy, biodex balance, Wii, pressure map, trial AFOs, trial wheelchairs
• EHR: Epic/CareConnect

• Supervisor: • Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: adults and older adults

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: IPR experience preferred
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: neuro experience and/or certs preferred
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CVA, SCI, TBI, neurodegenerative, polytrauma, amputation, cardiac, gen med, ortho
• Personality Fit: thrives in a strong team atmosphere

• Required Education: PT lic in Oregon
