🌟 Hiring: RN – Telemetry 🌟
📍 Location: Phoenix, AZ 85013
🗓 Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
🌞 Shift: 12 Hour Days | 36 hrs/week
💰 Pay Breakdown (36 hrs):
• W2 (Taxable): $21/hr
• Per Diem (Non-Taxable): $1,393/week
• Gross Weekly Pay: $2,149/week
✅ Requirements & Unit Details:
• MUST have Level 1 Trauma experience
• Minimum 2 years of Telemetry experience required
• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Must be able to interpret EKG rhythms
• EMR: Cerner
🏥 Unit Information:
• Neuro Tele Unit – 32 Beds
• Ratios: 1:4
• Fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Common patient population: CVA, TBI, spinal surgeries, encephalopathy, ESRD, psych, brain tumors, trach patients
• Drips include Heparin, Amio, Cardizem (titrated)
📌 Important Notes:
• No local candidates within 50 miles
• Traveler must have own vehicle
• Dysrhythmia exam required prior to acceptance (2 attempts only)
• SIMs Lab competency required during orientation (sterile field maintenance is critical)
• Men must be clean-shaven for fit test
• Natural hair colors and no facial piercings required

• Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts in 8 weeks
• Floating required as needed
• Scrub Color: Steel Gray
