Description

40 MILE RADIUS RULE - NO LOCAL

On Call/Call Back Requirements: On call 1-2 nights per week with taking call 2 weekends in a 6 week schedule.

Required skills:

Cardiac: Diagnostic cardiac catheterizations and Interventional cardiac catheterization procedures including supply and equipment usage such as: PTCA/Stent, Complex PCI utilizing Shockwave IVL, Rotapro Atherectomy, CSI Atherectomy, kissing balloon approach, IABP, Impella CP, IVUS(Philips), iFR/FFR), device implants - PPM, ICD, Bi-V, leadless pacemakers implants.
(High volume, High priority).
Vascular for Gateway Campus: EKOS Thrombolysis, INARI Thrombectomy (low volume/low priority).
Neurovascular: Diagnostic/Interventional Neurovascular procedures (low to medium volume; low priority-have incentive in place for our 2 permanent rad techs now for neuro call).

Weekend call is from Friday 5pm CST – Monday 0630 CST. Will rotate through upcoming Holidays on the team they are placed on. Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: IN license and ARRT (must have both). Minimum Experience: MUST HAVE CATH LAB EXPERIENCE- 2 years’ experience preferably. Charting/Equipment: EPIC/CUPID , GE MacLab/CardioLab.
