Description

Shift Requirements:

Days, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
On Call/Call Back Requirements: On call 1-2 nights per week with taking call 2 weekends in a 6 week schedule. 30-minute response time.
Weekend/Holiday Requirements:
2 weekends in a 6 week schedule.
Weekend call is from Friday 5pm CST Monday 0630 CST.
Will rotate through upcoming Holidays on the team they are placed on
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: IN license and ARRT (must have both)

Minimum Experience:
MUST HAVE CATH LAB EXPERIENCE- 2 years experience preferably.
Charting/Equipment: EPIC/CUPID , GE MacLab/CardioLab
