Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) – Tucker, GA
Client: BrightStar / Amedisys Home Health
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Tucker, Georgia. This opportunity is ideal for a PT who enjoys autonomy, flexible scheduling, and providing one-on-one patient care in the home setting.

Requirements
- Active Georgia PT License
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience required
- OASIS experience required
- Home Care Home Base experience required
- Current BLS Certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily patient schedule
