Description

Perform CT scan examinations according to physician and radiologist orders.
Prepare and position patients correctly for imaging procedures.
Explain procedures and answer patient questions to ensure comfort and cooperation.
Administer contrast media when authorized and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols and infection-control standards.
Review images for quality and repeat scans if necessary.
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
Coordinate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
Conduct routine equipment checks and report malfunctions.
Follow hospital, clinic, and regulatory guidelines.
