🏥 Unit Details
• ICU (Critical Care)
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratios:

Standard: 1:2
High acuity (Impella/IABP): 1:1
Busy/overflow: up to 1:3
• Charting System: EPIC

🔬 Job Responsibilities
• Provide critical care to ICU patients
• Monitor and manage high-acuity conditions
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition
• Utilize EPIC for documentation

✅ Required Experience & Certifications
• Active RN License (NC or compact)
• 2–3 years of ICU experience required
• At least 1 year of travel RN experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
