Description
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of Perfusion experience.
Clinical Perfusionist (ABCP) certification.
BLS and ACLS certifications.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Minimum 1 year of Epic experience.
Previous travel experience required (No first-time travelers).
Teaching Hospital experience required.
Community Hospital experience required.
Trauma Level I experience required.
ECMO Transport experience required.
Independent ECMO cannulation experience in adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients.
Required Clinical Experience:
Experience with Cardiopulmonary Bypass (CPB), ECMO/ECLS, CABG, TAVR, valve replacements, MAZE procedures, pediatric cardiac cases, ASD/VSD repairs, organ transplantation, Impella, IABP, ECPR, ECPella, and Shock Team cases is required.
Required Equipment Experience:
Must have experience with Spectrum Pump (required), Terumo System 1, Quest MPS 2/3 Cardioplegia, I-STAT, Centrimag, Impella 5.5, Bellmont Hyperthermia Kit, CardioHelp, Angiovac, and CardioQuip HC.
