This opportunity offers the chance to work with a primarily geriatric population, helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence while collaborating with an experienced rehabilitation team.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and medical diagnoses
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide gait training, balance training, strengthening, and functional mobility interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and therapy team members
- Complete timely documentation and progress reports
- Educate residents and caregivers on safety and mobility strategies
Requirements
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist License
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS Certification
- SNF experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
