Description
RN Operating Room (OR) – Travel Assignment
Start Date: Next available orientation date (approximately 3–4 weeks from offer)
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of recent RN Operating Room experience
- Strong experience in Robotics, Orthopedics, and Neurosurgery required
- First-time travelers accepted
Required Certifications:
- ACLS
- BLS (required at submission)
- NIHSS (must be obtained before start date)
On-Call Requirements:
- 1 on-call shift per week
- 2 weekend on-call shifts (12 hours each) per month
- Additional details discussed during interview
Floating:
- May float within scope to meet facility needs
Scheduling:
- Block scheduling not available
Licensing:
- Pending license accepted
Guaranteed Hours:
- 36 hours/week for 3x12-hour schedules
- 40 hours/week for 8- or 10-hour schedules
Important Notes:
- Travelers must complete required onboarding modules promptly after confirmation, as some are time sensitive.
- This is a smoke-free facility.
- All travelers must be nicotine-free (no exceptions).
- Negative 10-panel drug screen and nicotine (cotinine) test required.

They were really quick about getting me a contract.
Cons
Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
