Occupational Therapist (OT) – Critical Access Hospital
Dilkon Medical Center | Dilkon, AZ
We are seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for a Critical Access Hospital opportunity in Dilkon, Arizona. This position offers excellent variety with a mix of Inpatient, Outpatient, and Swing Bed patients while serving a close-knit rural community.
Assignment Details:
- Setting: Critical Access Hospital
- Caseload: Inpatient, Outpatient, and Swing Bed
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Schedule: 5x8 Day Shifts
- Start Date: ASAP
- Immediate Interview Available
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients across multiple care settings
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Assist patients in improving independence with activities of daily living and functional mobility
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and rehabilitation teams
- Provide patient and caregiver education
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
