Overview
We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a highly respected, large regional medical center in Western Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established, high-acuity hospital setting that is known for its strong clinical programs, collaborative teams, and commitment to exceptional patient care.

- Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Patient Population
In this role, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including:
- Adult and geriatric populations
- Patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions
- Critical care and step-down patients
- Individuals requiring ventilator management and respiratory interventions

Key Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory therapies and treatments
- Monitor and manage ventilators and airway support
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams
- Assess patient respiratory status and adjust care plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
- ✅ Active RRT Certification
- ✅ Massachusetts Respiratory License (active)
- ✅ BLS Certification (can be obtained during onboarding if needed)
- ✅ Minimum relevant clinical experience preferred

Travel Requirement:
- Candidates must live 90+ miles from the facility to qualify for travel status
