Registered Nurse (RN) – Role Summary
- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care using evidence-based practices.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions, perform reassessments, and respond appropriately to clinical changes.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes and continuity of care.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff while promoting teamwork and safety.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and professional development activities.
