RN Case Manager – Travel Contract | Kansas City, MO
Kansas City, MO
13-Week Travel Assignment
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Rotating Weekends)
Requirements:
• Recent Acute Care Discharge Planning experience required
• Active RN License
• Case Management experience in an acute care setting
Details:
• Patient Ratio: Approx. 1:25 (varies)
• EMR: Meditech, Midas, WellSky
• May float to any unit
• Dress Code: Business Casual
