Cons Variable agency policies: Like many travel nurse agencies, pay packages, benefits, and onboarding timelines can vary by assignment, which can sometimes create confusion without careful review. Overall impression Working through Jackson Nurse Professionals has been a positive experience, especially with recruiter Derek Mastin guiding the process.
