Description
Tele K6 Spine (604) Active NC or compact license 2 years of experience ACLS, BLS Number of Beds - 44 Number of Staff – Varies Type of staff: o Day Shift – 1 Charge, 9RN’s, 4 PCT’s and 1 Unit secretary. LPN on varying basis paired with Charge RN o Night Shift – 1 Charge, 8RN’s, 3 PCT’s and a unit secretary. LPN on varying basis paired with Charge RN Patient Ratios – Day Shift 1:5 with stretch 1:6; Night shift 1:6 with stretch of 1:7 Type of equipment – Sky lifts, steady’s, Tenor lift, as well as other lifts accessible if needed. Computer workstations, dynamaps, and label printers in every patient room. EMR – Cerner/Powerchart Scrub Color - Navy blue, white, or a combination of the two
