- Registered Nurse (2 years)
Description
Required Skills
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Ability to provide care for patients across the antepartum, labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn phases
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary care team
- Ability to adapt interactions appropriately to patients’ intellectual level and physical ability
- BLS required
- ACLS required
- NRP required
- Fetal Heart Monitoring (AWHONN) required
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience caring for patients throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum transitions
- Comfort working with newborn care needs in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated confidence in fetal monitoring skills and perinatal nursing workflow
- May consider 48 hours
