Description
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (91 Days)
Location: New Mexico
Shift: Days | Monday–Friday
Schedule: 5x8 Hour Shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Requirements
- Active RN License (pending license accepted)
- BLS Certification
- MOAB Certification (or complete facility training during first week)
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year recent Home Health experience
- Must be able to work independently
- Cerner experience preferred
Patient Load
- Approximately 5 patients per day
- Adult and Geriatric patients
Home Health Skills Required
- Start of Care (SOC)
- Resumption of Care
- Wound Care & Wound VAC
- Catheter Care
- IV Therapy
- Clinical Assessments
- Colostomy/Ileostomy Care
- Home Health Documentation
Schedule & Territory
- Self-scheduling available
- No weekends
- No on-call
- Service territory within approximately 35 miles
- Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate

- No local candidates within 100 miles
- COVID vaccine not required
- Flu vaccine required
- Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the contract
- Home Health travelers complete an additional fingerprint process upon arrival
