Job Title: Travel CT Technologist - Nights (4x10s) Location: Des Moines, IA Facility: Iowa Lutheran Hospital (UnityPoint Health)
Job Description
Looking for a stable, fast-paced night contract in Iowa's capital? We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist for a 13-week travel contract in Des Moines!
This position offers a great four-night workweek schedule with excellent shift differentials and a highly collaborative team setting. Management is moving exceptionally fast to interview and offer viable candidates.
Position Details
- Start Date: 07/13/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Nights (Monday through Thursday)
- Schedule: 40 hours per week (4x10-Hour Shifts)
- On-Call Rate: $9.00/hr
- Call-Back: 1.5x multiplier with a 2-hour minimum
- Scrub Color: Charcoal Grey
Unit Specifics & Staffing Support
- EMR: Epic (Required)
- Campus Variety: Great opportunity to maintain versatile clinical skills; travelers will support coverage and float across all major regional campuses (Iowa Lutheran Hospital, Iowa Methodist Medical Center, and associated facilities).
Requirements (No Exceptions)
- Minimum 2+ years of recent experience operating high-slice CT scanners in an acute care or hospital setting.
- Active ARRT (CT) registry certification.
- Active Iowa state radiologic technologist permit/license (or eligible to step in immediately).
- Active AHA BLS certification.
- Floating: Strict requirement to float across multiple local area campuses as census demands.
