📍 Yuma, Arizona
💰 $2,686/Week Gross Pay
🏥 Client: BrightSpring Health Services
📅 13-Week Contract | 40 Hours Guaranteed | Monday–Friday
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist for an exciting travel assignment in Yuma, AZ with BrightSpring Health Services. This opportunity offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, competitive compensation, and the ability to make a meaningful impact by helping patients regain independence in their homes.
Requirements:
- Active PT License (or ability to obtain Arizona licensure)
- Minimum 1 year recent Home Health experience preferred
- OASIS experience preferred
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong communication and documentation skills
