Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join its fast-paced Emergency Department. In this role, the ER RN will provide direct patient care, evaluate outcomes, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and adjust care plans as needed to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The Emergency Department is a busy rural setting with 9 beds and more than 15,000 patient visits annually. Candidates must be able to work effectively under pressure, adapt quickly, and contribute proactively as part of a collaborative healthcare team. The department is currently undergoing expansion to better serve the community.

Requirements:
• Current Vermont RN License or Compact Multi-State RN License
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room RN experience
• TNCC certification preferred
• Experience with Meditech or the ability to learn the system quickly
