Job Summary

• Provide quality diagnostic imaging services under the general guidance of radiologists and Radiology Director.
• Perform independently with critical thinking to manage patients, ensuring appropriate care based on patient needs.
• Use age-specific assessment, communication, and knowledge of physical and mental capabilities.

• GE PRO 16 slice CT Scanner
• GE VCT 64 slice CT Scanner (2 units)
• GE CTI CT Scanner
• MRM Radiology Computer Terminals
• Hewlett Packard Laser Printers
• McKesson PACS Hardware
• GE Independent Workstation

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Maryland
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• Active ARRT (CT) certification
• Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Additional Information

• Orientation: 8 hours of non-billable orientation; guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation.
• Local Radius: Candidates must be outside a 100-mile radius; local candidates are not accepted.
• Call-Off Policy: Assignment may be canceled up to 12 hours before the shift during the 13-week contract.
• Department typically staffed with one other technologist per shift.
