Description
Licenses, Certifications & Education
- Active RN License (Indiana, Compact, or Indiana Temporary Permit)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
Experience Requirements
- 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience required
- Experience with:
- Heart Transplants
- Lung Transplants
- Aortic Dissections
- ECMO Procedures
- Level I Trauma experience highly preferred
- Experience circulating cardiovascular surgical cases
- Ability to float to other OR specialties as needed

Cons
Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
