🏥 Unit: Labor & Delivery / Nursery / Postpartum

🕒 Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Position Overview

This is a true LDRP role. Candidates must be comfortable independently working in Labor & Delivery, Nursery, and Postpartum, and floating between all three areas as needed.

Unit Details

• 2 Labor & Delivery Beds
• 3 Postpartum Beds
• Patient Ratio: 1:2
• Patient Population: Maternity patients and newborns
• EMR: Meditech

Required Certifications

✅ BLS

✅ ACLS

✅ AWHONN (Fetal Monitoring)

✅ NRP

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience
• Experience with fetal monitoring required
• Must be able to care for Labor & Delivery, Nursery, and Postpartum patients

Preferred Experience

• Couplet Care
• Meditech experience
• Centricity experience
• PALS (preferred, not required)

Scheduling

• 36 Guaranteed Hours
• Every Other Weekend (rotating/as needed)
• Call Requirement: Three 12-hour call shifts every 4-week schedule
• Floating as needed within the department

✔ Comfortable working in a small critical access hospital where flexibility is essential
