📅 13-Week Contract | 40 Hours Guaranteed

Ardor Health Solutions, a therapist-focused healthcare staffing company with over 25 years of experience, is seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist for an exciting assignment in Anchorage, AK.

This position offers the independence of home health while serving patients throughout the Anchorage municipality. You'll work with a dedicated interdisciplinary team and enjoy one of the most scenic locations in the country.

Position Details

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
40 hours guaranteed
13-week contract
No call or weekend requirements
Territory: Anchorage Municipality
Productivity: 30 points per 40-hour week
EMR: HCHB preferred

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience
OASIS experience required
Alaska PT License or ability to obtain
